Blind Date with a Book
Our February promotion this month was "Blind Date with a Book". We wrapped several books and placed them on a table. Patrons could check out the books, read them and then answer a short survey. Names were put in a hat and Ron Duett was the winner of a gift card.

Tornado in a Jar
Yesterday during our teen program, our activity for the day was tornado in a jar. Yes, you read that right. Add a little dish soap and a little vinegar, shake and you have a tornado in a jar. We try our best to come up with activities that will interest our young minds. We have made slime, snowstorm in a jar and now a tornado. If you are in grades 6th-12th Grade, we would love to see you at the library on Wednesdays at 4:30. It last an hour and its FREE to public.

JellyBOX 3D Printer
The JellyBOX has been awarded "Best for Schools" with its easy design and printing. We will be creating lots of little items with our JellyBOX 3D Printers. National Horse Day was Thursday, December 28, so naturally, we had to create a horse. The JellyBOX is held together with zip ties and the clear acrylic case allows for watching the 3D Printer in action.
